The Skittles Pack is a custom Neocaridina mix built around your colour preferences -- 10 shrimp per pack, selected from a menu of available morphs, with 2 bonus shrimp added to every order. Two tiers are available: Normal includes our 12 core Neocaridina morphs. Premium opens the full catalog of 22 morphs, including rarer and more selectively bred lines not available in the standard tier. Both packs follow identical ordering rules and include the same 2 bonus shrimp.

How to Order

Ordering Rules

1Select Normal or Premium in the variant selector above -- choose your tier before adding to cart. Premium morphs are only available when Premium is selected.
2Write your morph selection clearly in the order notes -- list each morph name and quantity, e.g. Fire Red Cherry ×3, Blue Dream ×3, Snowball ×2, Green Jade ×2. The clearer your note, the more precisely we can fill your pack.
3Max 3 of any one morph -- no single morph can exceed 3 individuals. Requests over this limit will be capped at 3 and the remaining slots filled from your other selections.
4Partial or missing selection notes are filled at our discretion -- if your note covers fewer than 10 shrimp, remaining slots are filled with a variety of available morphs. No order notes at all means we will select at least 4 different morphs. Either way, your 2 bonus shrimp are chosen randomly from available stock.

Important — Please Read

Each pack contains 10 shrimp plus 2 bonus shrimp chosen randomly from available stock -- bonus shrimp are not culls. Maximum 3 of any one morph. Premium morphs are only available in the Premium tier -- requests for Premium morphs on a Normal order cannot be accommodated. Morphs are subject to availability; if a requested morph is out of stock at time of packing we will substitute a similar morph and note it on your packing slip. Do not mix Skittles Pack shrimp with existing Neocaridina colour lines -- Neocaridina interbreed freely and mixed colonies revert toward wild colouration over successive generations. Please review our DOA Policy before ordering.

I thought 10 came in the pack but only 8 arrived

I thought 10 came in the pack but only 8 arrived. Not a huge deal. There is a mix of all different colors and males vs females so hopefully they will start breeding soon 👍

I received my delivery a day late with 10 dead shrimp

I received my delivery a day late with 10 dead shrimp. The plants I ordered came in shredded. The ordering process was easy and simple however the follow up I’m still waiting.

Hi, I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with the shipment. Unfortunately I don’t have control over carrier delays once the package is in transit, but I understand how frustrating that can be.

As we discussed earlier, I submitted the claim with the carrier like you requested and I’m currently waiting for the photo you mentioned of the plants so I can see what you mean by them being shredded.

Regarding the shrimp, your order included extra shrimp specifically to cover potential DOAs, and those extras should account for the 10 losses you experienced with the 50 shrimp order. Once I receive the plant photo, I’ll be able to take a closer look and help from there.
