I lost most of the shipment this was a part of...

I lost most of the shipment this was a part of. The company did a poor job of fixing the catastrophe. I spent more than $100 dollars, only to have my crayfish and crab eat each other. Expensive shrimp were dead on arrival. Part of my order was missing altogether. I will never use this company again. Ever... And I'm not sure how I'm supposed to prove when product wasn't even included in the shipment... And as well, when they have eaten each other...

I am sorry you felt we didn't do a good job trying to fix the issue. Unfortunatly, you provided no proof of the issue. I went around my DOA policy to refund a couple of things that I could, but there wasn't a way for me to do the whole order as you had no pictures of the DOAs you claimed. I also provided a discount to you for the future to use to help out. I did what I could with what you provided.
