I ordered a total of 8 shrimp, on arrival, only 5 were alive.
I requested replacements by email but was told I would have to pay for shipping again($15). I responded saying that since I only received 60% of my order alive, I didn't feel great about that and asked them to split the cost of shipping with me.
They said no, and offered a store credit for the dead ones instead (+50%, which was nice, yes, but not helpful since I only need the fish I ordered and would have to order more than I need plus pay shipping, again)
I realize my order is small, but I'm still a paying customer who expected to get what I spent my money on but did not.
I still gave 3 stars because the 5 living shrimp do look healthy and are active🤷♀️
